The Noble Villas

 

 

1. General Information

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made through the official website of The Noble Villas and govern the rental of luxury villas managed and operated by The Noble Villas.
By completing a reservation, the guest confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

 

 

2. Booking & Confirmation

 

A booking with The Noble Villas is considered confirmed only after receipt of the required deposit or full payment, as specified during the booking process.
Any remaining balance must be paid prior to arrival or upon arrival, according to the booking terms stated in the confirmation.

The Noble Villas reserves the right to cancel any booking if payment deadlines are not respected.

 

 

3. Rates & Payments

 

All rates are quoted in Euros (€) unless stated otherwise. Prices include accommodation costs and any services explicitly mentioned in the booking confirmation.
Additional services (such as transfers, private chefs, housekeeping, or concierge services) may be charged separately.

Accepted payment methods are indicated during the booking process.

 

 

4. Security / Damage Deposit

 

A refundable security (damage) deposit may be required prior to arrival or upon check-in.

  • The amount of the security deposit is determined per villa by The Noble Villas
  • The deposit is intended to cover potential damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning
  • The security deposit is not a fee
  • It will be fully refunded after check-out, provided no damage or loss has occurred
  • In case of damages, the cost of repair or replacement will be deducted accordingly
  • Normal wear and tear is excluded

Refunds are processed within a reasonable period after departure, following inspection of the property.

 

 

5. Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in: As stated in the booking confirmation
  • Check-out: As stated in the booking confirmation

Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.

 

 

6. Occupancy

 

Each villa offered by The Noble Villas has a strictly defined maximum occupancy.
Exceeding the allowed number of guests is not permitted and may result in immediate termination of the booking without refund.

 

 

7. Use of the Property

 

Guests agree to use the villa responsibly and with respect.

  • Parties, events, or gatherings are not permitted unless explicitly agreed in writing by The Noble Villas
  • The guest is responsible for keeping the property in good condition
  • Any damage or malfunction must be reported immediately

 

8. Cancellation Policy

 

Cancellation terms vary depending on the selected rate, season, and booking period and are clearly stated during the booking process.
All cancellations must be made in writing.

Any applicable refunds will be processed according to the agreed cancellation policy.

 

 

9. Liability

 

The Noble Villas shall not be held liable for:

  • Loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings
  • Accidents, injuries, or illness occurring during the stay
  • Service interruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control (force majeure)

Guests are strongly advised to obtain appropriate travel insurance.

 

 

10. Privacy Policy

 

All personal data collected by The Noble Villas during the booking process is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and is used solely for reservation management and communication purposes.

 

 

11. Governing Law

 

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Greek courts.

 

 

12. Acceptance of Terms

 

By completing a booking with The Noble Villas, the guest acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full.
